Product Owner and Scrum Master

We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative individual to join our team as a Product Owner and Scrum Master. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of innovative software products, as well as guiding and supporting the agile development team. As the Product Owner, you will be the primary stakeholder representative, responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog. You will work closely with the development team to ensure that the product meets the needs of the business and our customers. As the Scrum Master, you will be responsible for leading the agile development team, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies. You will also be responsible for coaching team members on agile practices and principles, and for removing any barriers to progress.

Responsibilities: Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that it reflects the needs and goals of the business Work closely with the development team to ensure that the product meets the needs of the business and our customers Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies Coach team members on agile practices and principles, and remove any barriers to progress Ensure that the development team has a clear understanding of the product vision and goals Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure that the product aligns with the overall business strategy

Qualifications: Experience as a Product Owner and/or Scrum Master in an agile software development environment Strong understanding of agile principles and practices Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Experience with agile tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus
