**Role**

As a senior member of the Finance leadership team, you will oversee the financial accounting and reporting functions, group consolidation, internal controls and continuous process improvements across all legal entities within the group.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant accounting degree and professional qualifications including controllership experience
- Strong team management experience
- Strong technical accounting skills
- Fluency in Bahasa (Indonesia) a plus but not required
- 8+ years of overall accounting experience, start-up experience preferred
- Advanced degree in Accounting preferred

**Responsibilities**:

- Ownership and development of a group finance function, including all accounting operations and tax
- Internal reporting, including consolidated monthly management accounts, and ad hoc reporting to business with the ability to refresh and develop reporting to ensure it remains insightful and fit for purpose
- Management of external audit and development, regulatory reporting and documentation of strong internal controls framework to support rapid future growth
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting, develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
