Provide and maintain a safe and positive environment; provide residential care for the residents and ensure safety and wellbeing of the residents at all times.

Support residents to meet their physical, emotional, psychological, cognitive and spiritual needs.
- Patrolling the premises/compound on every hour to ensure it is residents safety at all times e.g. from trespassers, intruders; ensuring residents are in their own beds
- Attend to residents’ daily needs at night e.g. ensure residents are attended to if/when they are ill or unwell
- Provide basic first-aid to the residents and attend to their medical needs and health care in hostel (where applicable)
- Assist to accompany residents to the hospital/clinic if required (medical / health emergency)
- Motivate and encourage residents
- Sign residents in and out of MWS GR and conduct bag and body checks daily, including the monitoring of the movement card
- Supervision and support towards residents in these areas (not limited to these):

- _Ensuring residents follow the hostel rules_
- _Ensuring communal duties are duly carried out by the residents (morning communals)_
- _Ensuring that residents are disciplined to keep their living areas neat and tidy in the morning_
- Liaise with external agencies, families, volunteers and vendors in a professional and timely manner e.g. sending text messages to inform family in the event of an emergency hospitalization incident, assisting to make missing persons report in the event of abscondence etc.
- Assist the Head in ensuring that core duties given are carried out according to requirements
- Maintain a high level of competency in awareness of SOPs and follow guidelines closely and professionally
- Ensure a smooth process in the routine of the hostel during shift
- Keep proper documentation of records and ensure smooth handover of duties
- Undertake basic administrative and reporting duties
- Attend and participate in monthly staff meetings, operations meetings

**Responsibilities**:

- Minimum 1-2 years work experience in the security line or with youth at-risk or related field
- Permanent Night Shift Duty: 11.15pm to 7.15am

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,040.00 - $2,900.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
