**Responsibilities**:
**Human Resource**
- Manage full spectrum of Human Resource (HR) Functions including Payroll for the outlet staff.
- Administer leave records, medical and insurance claims.
- Provide assistance with various HR and administrative projects as needed.
- Organise staff engagement events and functions.
- Prepare monthly and adhoc reports for analysis.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from drafting offer letters and handling onboarding & offboarding.
- Any other duties as required.
**Accounts**
- Assist with the account payable function
- Provide assistance with month-end closing, including reconciliation.
**Job Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree with at least 1 years of relevant experience in both HR and Accounts.
- High level of integrity & confidentiality with strong work ethics.
- Team Player with good communication and organization skills.
- Resourceful, tactful with positive attitude, committed and meticulous.
- Ability to interact with staff at all levels.Knowledgeable of Employment Act & local labour practices.
