10 Senior Project Manager / Project Managers for New MRT / HDB

**Post 1 Job Description -**:

- Lead a team to deliver project on schedule and within budget
- Organize, direct, co-ordinate, motivate project team members.
- Able to do overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet targets
- Establish the work break down structure and budget in accordance with estimates for cost control.
- To be continually alert to means and methods by which operations of the project team can be improved where appropriate.
- Establish (within the financial authority limits) and administer all site subcontractors to ensure the execution and quality of their obligation.
- Report to Project Director the status of Project especially regarding cost and progress
- Maintain manpower management, safety policies and procedures and environmental related issue of piling works.
- Ensure compliance with the stated quality requirement of the piling project.
- Keeps record or information regarding variation order and extension of time.
- Liaise with Construction Department to produce the monthly progress report of Piling project.
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the top management and PD.

- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

- We are recruiting for Project Manager who will support the Project Director in assisting the business development team in pitching for projects.
- The individual will work closely with clients on confirmed projects and will be responsible for assigning and managing the projects starting from the initial design conception, through construction, to completion and handing over to clients.
- The goal is to manage projects, from budget, timeline,quality to clients' satisfaction.

Job Requirement

Degree in civil engineering with minimum 10 years site working experience.

Understanding drawings, shop drawing.

- Supervision of pipe laying and pipe jacking works.
- Plan, monitor and implement monthly schedules to ensure completion of project within time.

**POST 6 Project Manager (Civil Engineering and Construction)**

One Project manager is required by civil engineering / construction company.

To undertake civil engineering project (underground construction works).
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years experience in pipe jacking works.
- Passed the Construction Safety Course for Project Managers (CSCPM)
- Competent in Building Information Modelling (BIM)
