- Plan, execute, monitor, and control the various technical aspects of the project.
- Collaborate with clients, software developers, and other stakeholders to identify system requirements and ensure that proposed solutions meet those requirements.
- Manage or participate in new setup or upgrade of system/network infrastructure projects.
- Support operational systems to meet contractual Service Level Agreement
- Perform, manage routine preventive maintenance and operational activities promptly and effectively.
- Diagnose & rectify technical issues.

**Qualities We Value**
- Knowledge in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology or equivalent
- Relevant experience will be an added advantage
- Experience in Windows server OS, Unix/Linux OS & VM environment
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle.
- Good knowledge with VPN, firewall appliances, Cisco routers/switches
- Strong interpersonal and communication finesse
- Proactive problem-solving process
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry best practices
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Good team player with critical thinking, analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
