- Lead a planning team and be responsible for mid to long-term planning horizon of production capacity and Capital Expenditure for global sites
- Ensure on-time availability of production capacity to meet customers' demand using good planning systematic
- Proactively engage stakeholders to resolve demand forecast and supply risk issues
- Drive production capacity optimization across global sites
- Challenge and justify all equipment investment request to achieve Capital Expenditure optimization
- Lead projects across global sites to optimize and harmonize planning processes and tools

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering / Science / Business
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the semiconductor industry
- Demonstrate strong leadership experiences and excellent project management background
- An individual who is self-driven possesses strong business acumen and proactive with high adaptability to changing environment
- Possess strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and yet a strong team player who enjoys collaboration with cross-functional teams from different countries with diverse cultures
