**Responsibilities**
- Carry out daily operational activities such as seeding, transplanting, harvesting, cleaning and maintenance of the facility
- Operate farm systems and equipment to ensure operational readiness and optimal efficiency in the farm.
- Conduct postharvest processes to inspect and pack vegetables to fulfil orders.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- This position is open mid-career individuals as part of the SGUnited Mid-Career Pathways Programme.
- Applicants should process at least a Higher Nitec. Specialization, knowledge, and experience in biotechnology, plant science & pest management are an advantage, but not essential.
- Basic knowledge of food safety (On the job training will be provided).
- Comfortable with using web-based platforms
- Team player with a positive learning attitude and interest in plant science/ horticulture
- Meticulous and with attention to detail

**Mid-career Pathways Programme Details**

Working Days: 5 Days

Working Hours: 9.00am to 6pm (Mon - Fri)

Working Location: Woodlands, Singapore

Duration of Programme: 6 months

Programme participant might be required to work on public holidays, and receive off-in-lieu (1 day for each public holiday he/she worked) at a mutually agreed day by both the programme participant and manager.
