- Develop new business opportunities for the company, including new types of goods, new ship line and new customers.
- Monitor the collection and management of freight charges according to the terms of the charter, the prepayment of the charterer and the final settlement after the voyage is completed.
- Strong team player with good interpersonal skills. Maintain & develop relationships with major stakeholders in the shipping market, same like brokers, shipowners, cargo owners etc.
- Negotiate the contact terms & charter details with the shipowner/charterer, control risks, control cost, and evaluate the feasibility of the contract. Include reports on financial analysis & forecasting and market trends, vessel performance, and chartering activities etc.
- Monitor in carrying out the daily goods and charter agreements with carriers on goods and heavy lift parcels
- Responsible for supervising, managing, and coordinating all transportation operations and documents of the company.
- Plan and manage all shipping activities, physical export/import shipments operation and documentation, including contract management, vessel operation, demurrage, insurance etc.

**Requirements**:

- minimum hold a Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent or higher in such as Marine, Engineering, Business, Economics, etc.
- Hardworking and able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, communication and expression skills
