**Company Information**

Our firm is a Singapore CMSL holding Fund Management Company with a rapid growing client base and portfolio. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is willing to take a leading role in Fund accounting as well as internal administration/operations of our Funds. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our rapidly growing firm.

**Responsibilities**

You will be responsible for:

- Working with the Structuring Team to manage bank account or trading account openings and subscriptions for new transactions;
- Working with our Fund Administrator for net asset value and fund related calculation period workings.
- Managing fund accounting models to track and match the Fund Administrators’.
- Maintaining monthly accounts, month end closings, GST calculations and working with the audit and tax partners annually.
- Working with our counterparties for onboarding, KYC, AML, FATCA, CRS and any other regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Ensuring proper documentation and compliance of all tasks.
- Responsibility for the monitoring of live and ongoing deals post transaction completion.
- Operations related responsibilities as required.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accountancy, with minimum 15 years of experience in Fund Administration, Accounting or other applicable professional disciplines.
- Mature, self-motivated, and demonstrable initiative to fulfill the role.
- Experience with data systems like Bloomberg would be an advantage.
- Must be able to work independently within a small but growing team environment.
- Individual must be of professional character and of high ethical standards.
