Otoko Ten Ten is a vibrant and growing Japanese food stall specializing in sashimi, donburi, and Japanese curry. We pride ourselves on delivering authentic, high-quality meals to our customers and creating a warm and welcoming dining experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in food preparation, including cutting, slicing, and portioning ingredients such as fish, meat, and vegetables.
- Support the cooking of Japanese dishes such as donburi and Japanese curry according to recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace by washing dishes, cleaning equipment, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Monitor and restock kitchen supplies and ingredients as needed.
- Assist in plating and packaging dishes for dine-in or takeaway orders.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe and clean kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the chef or stall owner.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a kitchen or F&B environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Passion for Japanese cuisine and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays, and during peak hours.
