**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide **technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance** to junior developers.
- Establish and enforce **coding standards, best practices, and governance** for the development team.
- Conduct **code reviews**, ensuring high quality, maintainable, and scalable deliverables.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Create and maintain **technical documentation** and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in **architecture discussions and solution design sessions** to ensure scalable and optimized ServiceNow solutions.

**Required Qualifications**
- Minimum **7 years of ServiceNow development and implementation experience**.
- At least **3 years of hands-on experience** with **ServiceNow App Engine development**.
- ServiceNow certifications, such as:

- **Certified Application Developer (CAD)**:

- **Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)** (preferred in multiple modules)
- Proven experience in **at least 2 large-scale ServiceNow implementations**.
- Strong expertise in **JavaScript** and ServiceNow scripting.
- Track record of **technical leadership and mentoring junior developers**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to $10,000.00 per month
