- Own the full-cycle recruitment process
- Identify new business opportunities, understand businesses to effectively build relationships, and grow your client portfolio
- Deliver recruitment from junior to senior roles through utilising a wide variety of sourcing channels
- Conduct market research and collect industry insights for talent sourcing and to be the industry specialist
**Requirements**:
- Degree in any field
- Resilient and competitive mindset
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work independently and under pressure
- Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment
- Results-driven
