Creative Hearts is a music and performing arts school, located at River Valley and Pandan Valley. We're looking for a motivated, responsible and organized operations manager to help our Director to run and grow our school.

Roles:

- Manage operations in two branches and external classes
- Liaise with parents, teachers, partners and stakeholders
- Develop and implement new SOPs
- Drive new enrollment through open houses, sales and marketing campaigns
- Manage recruitment and staff performance and welfare
- Manage budgets, KPIs and invoicing
- Ensure excellent customer service from all staff and teachers

**Requirements**:

- Strong leadership skills
- Fluent in English, strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Responsible, pro-active, meticulous and organised
- Friendly disposition
- Musical knowledge
