Key Responsibilities:

- Safely drive the client to various destinations, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
- Maintain the vehicle in a clean, functional, and safe condition.
- Plan and optimize routes for efficiency and traffic conditions.
- Run errands, such as grocery shopping, picking up prescriptions, or handling personal tasks as requested.
- Adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, professional, and accommodating to the client’s needs.
- Perform regular vehicle maintenance checks and keep logs of mileage, fuel consumption, and service schedules.
- Handle luggage and other personal items with care.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding the client’s personal and professional life.
- Be available for emergencies and flexible with scheduling.

Qualifications:

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a personal driver or chauffeur.
- Knowledge of traffic laws and local roads.
- Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Trustworthy, punctual, and highly reliable.
- Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters.
- Flexibility with working hours and availability on weekends or holidays, if necessary.

Working Conditions:

- Full-time position; Basic monthly salary $3,500 - $3,800 [Monday - Friday per below schedule & Sat at overtime rate $20/hour]
- Working hours:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday : 11am - 9.00pm (between 1hr lunch break)

Tuesday, Thursday : 7.00am - 7.00pm (between 1hr lunch break)

Saturday : 7.00am - 1.00pm ($20/hour)
- Occasional travel or overnight stays may be required.
- When boss & family travel, driver will follow schedule assigned by Office Manager.
- The role may involve irregular hours or last-minute schedule changes.
