Novena, Singapore Hollandse Club Full time

The Hollandse Club is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Front Desk & Kids Club Attendant who is confident in providing excellent customer service and loves working with children. This role represents the Hollandse Club at the Front Desk and oversees the activities in the Kids Club. This is a full time position, 40 hours, 5 days per week, including weekends and public holidays. The Club is currently unable to support any work passes, therefore this position is only open to local residents who do not require one.

The Front Desk
- Welcomes Members & Guests and ensures they receive high quality service.
- Assists and directs Members and Guests to the appropriate staff as required.
- Re-directs calls and takes adequate messages when required.
- Handles hotel check-ins and check-outs.
- Processes cash and card payments using Point of Sale (POS) system.

The Kids Club
- Creates exciting and imaginative programs, full of games and activities, which will engage children from 3 to 12 years of age.
- Maintains a clean, fun and engaging environment while on duty.
- Ensures all parents fill in the registration for their children correctly.
- Ensures all toys and equipment are clean and properly maintained.
- Creates an inventory for all toys / equipment at the Kids Club.
- Informs the Membership Ambassador of any need of additional toys or replacement of toys.
- Vigilant and protects children from harm or abuse, reporting any concerns immediately to the supervisor.
- Professional and a good role model to the children and other staff members, at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum O’ Level / Diploma. Additional qualifications are a plus.
- Two or more years’ experience of working with children and customer care or a similar field.
- Childcare qualifications preferred.
- Confident and experienced in delivering new and existing activities and themes.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Enthusiasm for working with children.
- Ability to inspire confidence in parents.
- Excellent standards of customer service.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Positive Attitude.
- Physical and Active Job.
- Local resident who does not require a work pass.
