**Job objectives and qualification**:

- **Software and/or Embedded Electronics Engineering**:Including but not limited to defining and developing software / embedded software / airborne electronic hardware according to DO-178C and DO-254.
- **Design Engineering Management**:Including but not limited to the management of aircraft and aircraft systems design in compliance with Part-21 or equivalent regulations.

**Primary Responsibilities**:
The Senior Technical Experts (STE) will work with the relevant team members of an assigned aircraft manufacturing company (Client) to support the generation of documents, test plans, and reports as required for design and showing of compliance. The aim is to grow the Client’s team to high levels of the right expertise by being technical mentors and by leading-by-example. The STE may also be asked to assist and advise the Client in reviewing engineering designs, plans, and organizational procedures to ensure that their organization has the right capabilities for effective design assurance.
