**The Opportunity**

In addition to recruiting, you will have the opportunity to partner with the leadership team in planning, developing, and implementing a new and productive talent acquisition strategy for the company and specifically for the team(s) you support.

**You will**:

- Partner with business stakeholders to implement talent strategy and SOP's
- Partner with business teams to determine sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans
- Perform analysis and forecasting of hiring needs with department heads

**Requirements**:

- Must have min 3-5 years of recruiting experience, either from in-house or search firms/agency experiences
- Ability to thrives in a face-paced start up environment
- Comfortable working with all levels of leadership
