In the position of Projects E&S coordinator, the collaborator will oversee and continuously improve the environmental and social (E&S) compliance of onshore wind and solar renewable projects in APAC area (for origination, development, and construction phase) with respect to TotalEnergies and applicable international requirements if financed by the lenders.

1. Transversal coordination:

- Report to Director of Projects APAC and E&S counterparts in head office (weekly highlights, regular team meetings),
- Participate to Headquarter HSE and E&S coordination meetings where required,
- Gather and consolidate E&S reporting database (including Sustainab’ALL KPIs) and report to Company head office,
- Contribute to E&S coordination tools and registers (dashboard, studies register etc.),
- Report any E&S incident and raise awareness.

2. Ensure E&S support to projects until end of construction:

- Adopt and deploy Company’s E&S standards, ambitions, and commitments,
- Ensure all Projects in APAC are compliant with applicable regulation and standards all along its lifetime (local regulation, lenders’ requirements, Company standards and commitments towards E&S),
- Contribute to E&S risks assessments/screenings for audits or internal approval processes (internal committees),
- Conduct ESDD (Due Diligence) on existing E&S documents made available by Developers or business partners to ensure compliance with applicable E&S standards,
- Participate to Projects’ HSE meetings and monitor E&S management,

3. Coordinate the development of E&S studies for the projects, including:

- Prepare the scope of work for E&S studies, with associated strategy with budget and planning,
- Support E&S studies RFP (Request For Proposal), by defining technical scope of work, and performing bidders proposals technical evaluation,
- Coordinate the work of E&S contractors for the preparation of E&S studies,
- Ensure E&S studies quality control and validate deliverables, ensuring that study results are adapted to project needs and constraints,
- Request timely support from the E&S experts of the Company headquarter for the revision and validation of scope of work or studies deliverables where necessary,
- Ensure compliance of all E&S studies with applicable regulation and standards (as mentioned above),
- / Contractors),
- Manage all interactions with Lenders technical advisors on E&S topics.

4. Ensure implementation of E&S requirements during construction:

- Prepare E&S requirements (HSE Annex) for EPC RFP, ensuring ESIA outcomes are well taken into account in the EPC contract,
- Review and approve EPC CESMPs (Construction E&S management plans),
- Monitor and control good implementation of EPC CESMPs,
- Participate to HSE meetings with Contractors where necessary,
- Conduct E&S site inspections where necessary,
- Provide support to the project in the preparation of their E&S Management System (including Stakeholder Engagement Plan, Grievance mechanism, Biodiversity Management Plan etc.),
- Support implementation of E&S reporting system in projects and control reports.
