**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze requirements from users and estimate the efforts required to implement the requirements
- Develop the required specifications and technical design that meets the requirements
- Code, test programs and resolve defects found
- Produce unit and system Test plans where required
- Perform system test according to Test plans approved and resolve defects found
- Produce SIT Test plans where required
- Perform/Support SIT test and resolve defects found
- Support UAT test and resolve defects found
- Support LIVE implementation and resolve defects found
- Support Post-Implementation issues and resolve defects found
- Comply with standards and quality procedures set by the Client
- Complete all work within agreed timelines
- Provide progress status of assigned tasks/projects
- Conduct Functional and Technical training where required

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: Computer Science degree/diploma or a similar equivalent
- Minimum 10 years in system development in a mainframe environment (CICS, COBOL, JCL, CList, ISPF, VSAM, MVS, z/OS) in Credit Card industry
- Ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks/projects
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Possess Self-initiative and collaborative qualities
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Experience in Agile project delivery and DEVOPS tools would be an advantage
- Knowledge/skills in API, SOLACE, JAVA, Easytrieve, REXX, SAS, ABEND AID, FileAid, Endeavor, Expeditor would be added advantage
- Effective communication skills in English
- Presentation skills
