**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Verify customer information, income, credit reports, and required documentation.
- Submit loan packages to banks, credit unions, or financial institutions.
- Track and monitor the loan approval process and follow up with lenders.
- Ensure all loan documents are properly signed and submitted in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Maintain and update customer and loan records in company databases and filing systems.
- Communicate loan terms, conditions, and approval status to customers and internal teams.
- Assist in resolving loan processing issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the finance and sales departments to ensure timely funding and disbursement.
- Stay up-to-date with lending regulations and institution guidelines.

Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,800.00 per month
