Psychologist/ Senior Psychologist

The Early Psychosis Intervention Programme (EPIP) was initiated in April 2001 under the auspices of the Ministry of Health, Singapore, and specialises in the early detection and management for individuals with early psychosis (12 - 40 years old) and those at high risk of developing psychosis (16 - 30 years old). EPIP offers comprehensive treatment to service users via an integrative recovery-oriented approach. EPIP's services are available across inpatient, outpatient and community settings.**Primary Responsibilities**:
The psychologist will be responsible for the provision of psychological services of inpatients and outpatients, working closely with partnering clinician and multi-disciplinary team for the early onset psychosis (EOP) clientele within EPIP. This includes:

- Attend to inpatient and outpatient referrals from the doctor or other EPIP team members- Assess suitability for psychotherapy and/or psychometric assessment.
- Implement appropriate psychotherapy intervention and provide feedback to referral source.
- Conduct psychometric assessments and provide feedback to referral source.
- Contribute to patients’ care plan as a member of a multi-disciplinary team.

Ensure proper documentation and referral management- Perform proper documentation in case notes
- Compile and update referrals’ data, caseload, etc

- At least Masters in Clinical Psychology/ Masters in Child Psychology
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good organisational and teamwork skills
- Experience in children/youth work
