Drafter Quantity Surveryor

Key Responsibilities: Drafter Duties: Prepare accurate and detailed CAD drawings (plans, sections, elevations, construction details) for residential and commercial projects. Work closely with designers, project managers, and engineers to ensure drawings meet design intent and regulatory standards. Create shop drawings and as-built drawings. Maintain and organize drawing documentation and CAD standards. Assist with 3D models or renders when needed (optional). Quantity Surveyor Duties: Prepare cost estimates, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), and material take-offs from drawings and specifications. Evaluate and compare supplier quotations, material costs, and subcontractor pricing. Assist in preparing and submitting tender documents. Monitor project costs, budgets, and progress claims. Liaise with site supervisors for quantity verification and variation orders. Conduct post-contract cost control and final account preparation.

Pay: $2,126.11 - $4,361.85 per month
