**Job Description**:
To be successful in this role you should be able to talk about business strategy and articulate career opportunities. You must be focused on networking closely within the industry to identify the right talent and companies to target. A key focus will be on talent pipelining to support hiring managers across the region.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coach and influence hiring managers to define recruitment strategies.
- Mapping technology companies to identifying the top talent from competitors.
- Effectively assessing talent ensuring cultural & competency fit
- Maintaining accurate documentation within the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS SmartRecruiters.)
**Qualifications**:
- Significant experience of hands on talent acquisition across APJMEA, within a software or technology business.
- Fluent English Skills
- Additional regional language skills
- High degree of personal organisation with an eye for detail.
- Passionate about sourcing and can demonstrate advanced research skills, Boolean, social media and alternative search techniques
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
