**Job Overview**:
As a Grocery Packer at The School Grocer, you will play a key role in the assembly and packing of ingredients used in the preparation of nutritious meals for preschools. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

**Key Responsibilities:
Ingredient Assembly:

- Follow assembly instructions to gather and prepare ingredients for meal preparation.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in packing according to specified requirements.

Packing and Labeling:

- Pack groceries into designated containers or packaging, adhering to quality and hygiene standards.

Quality Control:

- Assist in maintaining stringent quality control measures to uphold the company's commitment to delivering high-quality meals.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to address any quality concerns promptly.

Inventory Management:

- Work with the operations team to track and manage inventory levels in the packing area.
- Report any discrepancies or shortages to the supervisor.

Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth workflows.

Qualifications and Skills:

- No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
