With the expansion of company operation and businesses, we are looking for an existing RES to join the team.

You will be working as part of a team to service corporate customers in the leasing department.

**Jobs Description
- Property Searches and Viewing Scheduling

You will search through existing portals, developer listings, FRBO for suitable properties based on the criteria given by the leads generated by the business development team. You will be then arrange viewing schedule with them to bring the occupants for online or physcial viewing.
- Negotiation and Leasing Document

You will be doing the negotiation for the terms of the lease and prepare the necessary leasing documentation based on the regulation and tenant requirements.
- Taking and handling over properties

You will attent to the properties inspection during take over and hand back. During the duration of the lease, the after sales support team will assist in any assistant required by the occupant. You will assist whenever needed as well.

**Requirement
- RES License or Diploma/Degree in Real Estate by CEA recognised insitution.
- Experience not a neccessity as training will be provided.
- Class 3 or 3A driving license.
- No need for personal vehicle.
