**Job Summary**:
The Sustainability Intern for Healthcare will assist the Healthcare Sustainability Manager in implementing the Sustainability Roadmap, focusing on reducing healthcare and supply chain carbon footprint. This role directly contributes to our goals towards carbon neutrality.

This 6-month internship offers a chance to shape the future of healthcare sustainability and gain experience in diverse international perspectives, adapting strategies across global markets.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Research and Analysis: Conduct research on emerging sustainability trends, best practices, and industry benchmarks.
- Sustainability Implementation Support: Provide assistance in implementing sustainability systems within the organization.
- Compliance Audits in ISO & PSCI: Engage in compliance audits to ensure adherence to sustainability standards and regulations.
- Sustainability Reporting & ESG Ratings: Support with sustainability reporting and ratings to ensure transparency and accountability.
- ESG Data Management: Maintain and update sustainability dashboards. Assist in analysing and interpreting sustainability metrics, reporting and including progress on Sustainable Packaging, Lifecycle Analysis (in collaboration with UOB’s GreenTech Accelerator Program), Field Force Analysis (in collaboration with a consulting firm) as well as Social Impact projects.
- Market Information Gathering: Collect market information from sustainability champions to support decision-making and strategy development.
- Education and Awareness: Develop educational materials and presentations on sustainability topics. Aid in organizing sustainability Kickstarter Trainings and Healthcare Sustainability Connects.
- Project Coordination: Assist sustainability manager with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor sustainability projects. Organize project meetings, document progress, and follow up on action items.
- Additional Tasks: Assist with any other ad-hoc tasks.
