**About the Team**:
We are growing and expanding and we’re looking for a highly talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Social Media Content Creator. Thean Pte Ltd is responsible for developing and delivering communications strategies that advance our offerings -- its products, services, value, and vision -- among the business community. We manage all our business marketing communications channels. Our focus is on impact, positioning and consistency to create a unified and coordinated social media presence for our businesses.

**We're looking for**:
This role is perfect for someone who is an avid user and preferably, a creator of current social media video content (Instagram reels, TikTok videos, etc.) and understands what goes into making compelling and engaging content.
- Responsibilities include:_
- To plan, research content in line with the marketing calendar and keep up to latest trends
- Bring ideas to life by creating, filming, editing and captioning ready-to-post TikTok, Instagram and all other social media platforms.
- Responsible for posting and scheduling all the social media platforms including but not limited to TikTok, Facebook, Instagram videos.
- Identify, source and edit any viral social media trends from Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, etc. and recreate for individual brands to help drive the growth of the accounts.
- Develop tactics for increasing followers and engagement across all active social media channels.
- Regularly report on the growth, engagement and views to the stakeholders.
- Utilize your social media platform and audience knowledge to contribute opinions and strategies for cross-platform content creation.
- Stay abreast of social media marketing, content strategies and trends and make recommendations on how the brand can stay a step ahead to engage and inspire audiences in new ways
- Work with cross-functional partners on key projects including but not limited to: PR, Marketing, CRM, and more to further the brand team’s social media objectives
- Perform other duties at the discretion of the management.

Essential Skills:

- Knowledge of using all relevant and mainstream social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok - filming, editing and other miscellaneous features.
- A deep understanding of all social media landscape.
- Experience in managing all social media accounts (either personal or business accounts) - may include crafting quality and engaging captions, scheduling posts, content creation.
- Experience in presentation and conceptualizing ideas.
- Experience in sourcing viral content and adapting trends into content that still remains on-brand.
- Experience in video editing tools.
- Excellent ability to communicate effectively in English, both in writing and verbally.
- Excellent time management skills and able to balance projects and priorities independently.
- Ability to creatively produce video and photo assets that are engaging and in theme with the brand aesthetic, ethos, and style.
- Able to shoot and edit quickly.
- Good initiator with a natural curiosity of how things work and proactive about ideas and ways we can improve.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
