**Responsibilities**:
The Associate RazerStore Evangelist brings the Razer experience to life for every customer who steps into our physical stores. As a vital contributor to daily retail operations, they provide essential support to both the Store Manager and Store Supervisor, while excelling as a product specialist and a champion of phenomenal customer service. With an unwavering passion for technology and gaming, the Associate RazerStore Evangelist is an indispensable member of our team, inspiring customers and teammates alike.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Customer Engagement: Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere by greeting customers warmly and leaving a positive first impression.
- Needs Assessment: Listen actively to customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
- Point-of-Sale Operations: Accurately process transactions, including cash, credit cards, and other payment methods, while ensuring proper handling of cash and providing correct change.
- Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales goals by actively promoting products, upselling, and recommending complementary items.
- Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Razer’s products, features, and benefits to confidently assist customers and build trust.
- Promotions and Offers: Inform customers about ongoing promotions, discounts, and membership benefits to maximize their value and satisfaction.
- Store Upkeep: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times, including performing restocking duties before opening and after closing.
- Exceptional Customer Service: Handle inquiries, address concerns, and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency, including processing exchanges, returns, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
- Additional Responsibilities: Support the team with other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the store.
