Singapore YAMAL TRADE PTE. LTD. Full time

**Yamal Trade Pte Ltd **, a subsidiary of Yamal LNG Joint Venture, is a company incorporated in Singapore which business is linked to Liquified Natural Gas produced in Yamal Peninsula (Russia).

Yamal Trade is looking for a Finance Director to join its Finance Team. Yamal Trade is holding long term Time Charters to service its pioneering Arctic LNG project. The chartered fleet is composed of a total of 26 LNG carriers and 2 condensate tankers.

The position is based in Singapore. The appointee will join the Team responsible for managing the overall accounting & financial reporting, budgeting & internal controls of Yamal Trade's daily operations.

This is an opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial, technically innovative environment, and be part of the core commercial shipping team of a large fleet of operated LNG carriers.

**Job Responsibilities:
**1) Finance & Accounting**
- Oversee the performance of F&A team to ensure smooth & stable operation to fulfil F&A objectives;
- Ensure the tasks are carried out in compliance with operating standards, company rules & regulations and statutory requirements (eg. GST, transfer of pricing, etc)
- Manage the overall accounting and financial reporting for MNA and its subsidiary to ensure compliance with requirements or regulations; cost control, track cost savings & capex (BP), forecasting, budgeting, and internal control process;
- Maintain the accounting system;
- Coordinate & facilitate internal & external Audits to effectively communicate and ensure that requirements are adhered to;
- Liaise with Auditor for Expatriate Taxation

**2) Office Management & Administration**
- Plan, develop, implement & maintain company policies & procedures to ensure company’s internal control, administrative & corporate affairs processes are effective to fulfil company’s changing needs;
- Liaise with Company secretary, consultants, lawyers or other professional service providers to support the company’s business operation, new setup or other compliance matters;
- Liaise with government agencies (e.g. BCA, EDB etc.) and outsourced vendors on corporate affairs including certificate/licence renewals, etc.
- HQ Reporting
- Manage administration & budget reports to HQ.

**3) Compliance & Risk Management**
- Plan, coordinate and collaborate with all relevant stakeholders to ensure that requirements by head office, QEHS, CERT, internal control, risk management plan and other regulatory compliance are effectively communicated and being adhere to.
- Ensure all aspects of office & business operation are in compliance with all relevant laws & regulations.
- Seek & liaise with external lawyers for inquiries, litigations or resolution matters.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Excellent Finance & Accounts Knowledge and Office management skills
- Strong knowledge of local laws & legislations
