- RDC Management including Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Operations supporting Southeast Asia countries, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
- Accountability for inventory management of Finished Goods (FG) and Printed Materials (PM) at RDC Singapore.
- Supply launches and variation management for the markets in collaboration with all involved teams in the region as well as centrally based teams.
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) of planning parameters in SAP in coordination with Global Supply Chain Planning (GSCP). Leverage on expertise to analyse and adjust parameters for optimal planning outcomes.
- Supply chain planning master scheduling of the FGs labelling orders (final GMP production step at the regional hub in Singapore).
- Supervision of the procurement process for all PMs.
- Ownership of metrics measuring the efficiency and adherence to plan of the Singapore RDC site operations.
- Process in-market supply planning shipments from the regional hub to the markets with the respective Order to Cash (OTC) functional colleagues.
- Accountable for logistics movements and transportation arrangements to the markets.
- Logistics Service Provider (LSP) and RDC Operations Performance
- Day to day control of regional supply operations, inventory management, suppliers and LSPs in the region to ensure required customer service levels.
- Manage performance of logistics service providers, for the RDC Singapore.
- Perform annual stock take and destructions for RDC Singapore in accordance with global Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Manage and lead cross functional project teams as needed to ensure all regional supply chain projects (e.g distributor changes) are successfully completed on time, as per business requirements.
- Regional Relationship Manager for the appointed distributing partner in Taiwan, Hong Kong and the Southeast Asia countries.
- Define, measure, and track key performance indicators for logistics activities.
- Hold regular regional business review meetings with appointed partner to discuss any performance issue, develop action plans as appropriate
- Facilitate continuous improvement.
- Asia Cluster supply chain for direct supply markets
- International inventory control and management of replenishment to maintain months of cover (MOC) in the markets.
- Launch supply planning and execution, serving as the SME consultant for the Site to Market Process (S2M).
- Collaborate with and provide expertise input to global Artwork and Packaging Development team for implementation of pack variation supply phasing.
- Design of product supply routes, working closely with global Customs & Trade. Take consideration of free trade agreements (FTAs) of transportation and supply sourcing.
- Owner of Logistics Operations team SOPs for RDC Singapore. Leads regular review and relevant updates.
- Manage Logistics Operations projects in the region to support process improvements and efficiency.
