**Description**:
Join our client in a dynamic team as a Vice President Architect, where you'll lead innovative architectural projects and make a significant impact in the industry. In this senior role, you'll be at the forefront of design, management, and client engagement, driving excellence across a diverse range of projects.
**Responsibilities**:
- Leadership: Guide project teams in key areas of design, supervision, and management for various high-profile projects.
- Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong client relationships by presenting compelling architectural designs and solutions.
- Business Development: Participate in strategic business development meetings to identify and target specific markets, clients, and project opportunities.
- Design Competitions: Lead and inspire your team in architectural design competitions, aiming for creative excellence and innovation.
- Project Oversight: Administer contracts for construction projects, ensuring compliance with design intent and building codes.
- Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.
- Regulatory Roles: Potentially serve as a Qualified Person (QP), Superintending Officer (SO), and SO’s Representative, ensuring regulatory compliance and project integrity.
- Project Directorship: Take on the role of Project Director, managing project P&L, resource planning, and reporting to senior management on project performance.
**Requirements**:
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in the architectural field, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Certification: Registered Architect with BOA, Qualified Person for signing.
- Specialization: Experience in local healthcare projects is a bonus.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative team player, and excellent organizational abilities.
- Personal Traits: A proactive, hands-on professional who is positive, driven, and meticulous in their work.
