Culina is a leading purveyor of specialist epicurean foods and wines, a choice distributor to hotels, restaurants and cafes in Singapore. Culina runs a Bistro and Gourmet boutique, an Organic retail store, SuperNature in Dempsey, as well as a chain of butcheries in major supermarkets island-wide.

SuperNature (organic supermarket) located in Dempsey Hill is hiring Café Manager to provide efficient services to customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- To handle customers’ enquiries and complaints
- To be responsible for stock positioning, shelf life and the monitoring of stock levels (food display, beverages, perishables& non-inventory items)
- To manage write-offs, stock damage and discrepancies
- To coordinate monthly and yearly stock take with the Operations Manager
- To conduct stock investigation upon request by Operations Manager or HQ
- To achieve the monthly sales target given by Operations Manager
- To maintain proper accountability for cash registers, prepare daily earnings for banking
- Plan staff’s duty roster and assign duties to staff / deploy staff where necessary
- Conduct daily or weekly meetings and briefings and send daily sales reports
- To supervise sales staff and the day-to-day operations of the store
- Assist in hiring and interview of FOH staffs
- To conduct cafe floor orientation and basic product knowledge training to new staff
- To provide training new staffs with customer services, operations and housekeeping training
- To assist the Chef in training the FOH staff on the menu
- To liaise with the office on various operational matters such as marketing, accounts, and administrative matters
- Manage the shop in the absence of the Operations Manager
- To undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned by Operations Manager

**Requirements**:

- GCE ‘O’ level, Diploma or equivalent
- At least 2-3 years of experience in relevant field
- Possess excellent communications skills
- Efficient and can work well under pressure and tight deadlines
- Able to work weekends and public holidays (44 hours per week)
