Singapore AXA INVESTMENT MANAGERS ASIA (SINGAPORE) LTD. Full time

Assist the Sales Manager in maintaining existing client relationships, identifying new sales leads and initiating new relationships with relevant prospects in Asia
- Participate in client/prospect meetings and ensure appropriate briefing and follow ups under the guidance of Sales Manager
- Ensure relevant information, e.g. contacts, meeting/call notes and opportunities, etc. are entered and maintained in Salesforce accurately
- Communicate with clients on a regular basis, keep client informed on the performance and outlook of their investments
- Prepare customized marketing material for clients and prospects in Asia, where applicable, under the guidance of Sales Manager
- Product knowledge: stay on top of fund information, key portfolio updates, and fund launches, etc.
- Keep track of RFPs, searchers, conferences and industry events that are relevant to AXA IM Alts
- Share relevant industry, investor and competitive research by regularly reviewing public client updates, broader industry publications and databases

**Experience**
- A first experience in a Client Function (RFP, Sales Support) with a good understanding of alternative asset classes

**Technical Skills**
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Very good understanding of private markets
- Good skills in marketing, sales practices and investment management strategies
- Strong coordination and organizational skills as well as the commitment to follow tasks through to

completion

**Personal competencies**
- Team orientation - take an interest in and contribute to the work of the team, and liaise where appropriate with other groups
- Excellent communication skills (diplomacy, tact combined with goal/solutions orientation)
- Negotiation Skills in relation to project management;
- Ability to work with different cultures and languages;
- Strong client and service orientation, good interpersonal skills at all levels
- Ability to work under pressure whilst producing quality work, time management skills
- Self-driven, motivated, goal oriented and happy to take full responsibility for actions
