The company specializes in precision mechanical and chemical cleaning procedures for the semiconductor and electronic industries. The services include surface treatment processes, sum-assemblies, equipment repair and so on.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with management team to understand business strategies, analyze current performance, develop and implement plans to build organization capabilities and process improvement to support agressive business growth.
- Responsible for strategic planning, directing and upgrading of all manufacturing activities and facilities.
- Ensure production and process control activities are properly carried out
- Supervise respective assistant supervisor and leaders to manage daily routine production activities
- Identify and implement change to improve manufacturing process, yields and quality
- Executive group production plan, support planning of production schedules and coordination of material and machinery requirements, as well as formulate and recommend manufacturing policies and program
- Update machine performance and production reports
- Identify areas of cost reduction and improvements

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering - Electronics/Communication, Engineering - Chemical or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
