Our company, a mobile gaming market leader, seeks a talented individual for regional expansion.
Tasks
The data team is looking for talented R&D MLE with passion for games. In this role you will find ways of improvement in such areas as:
- Monetization. For example, offer recommendations and pricing optimization;
- Game design. For example, dynamic difficulty adjustments or bots for playtesting and level difficulty evaluation;
- Marketing. For example, LTV forecasting, performance marketing campaign automation.
We believe that ML-products can add value in each of the areas mentioned below and we are sure that best opportunities are still to be discovered. We are ready to start new data based initiatives in start-up mode. So, it’s up to you what ML-product you will build from scratch up to world wide production We are flexible in projects
- it’s time to research.
- As a part of ML-product team discover new business opportunities or improve existing products
- Make EDA, discovery analysis, find proof of concepts based on data in collaboration with DE and DA.
- Develop MVP, ready for production ML-pipelines.
- Develop data pipelines and be ready to support it in a consultant role during the automation process.
- Support data analysts teams, product teams, game development teams during implementation of machine learning-based tools
Our stack
Work exclusively with cloud resources (AWS), and employ a Data Warehouse (DWH) using Redshift. There are no limitations on frameworks. Development languages include Python, SQL, Java, Golang
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of experience in applied data analysis using machine learning techniques
- Good programming skills (Python/R)
- Strong mathematical background: understanding of probability theory, applied statistics, and machine learning
- Thorough knowledge of SQL and databases
- Fluency in Russian and proficiency in written English
- Passion for crafting elegant code that is easily maintainable
- Desire to create reliable services that require mínimal support
- Business orientation, ability to find an applied solution in a limited time without adding unnecessary complexity
- Proactive attitude, ability to take responsibility for results, ability to act in a situation of uncertainty
