**Position Summary**
As the Head of Campaign & CRM International, you will own the region’s on-site & CRM customer experience by defining a strategically localized content and commercial calendar, with the objective of maximizing traffic and engagement to drive both supply listings on seller side and sales conversion on buyer side. Managing a team of 3, you are responsible for driving daily active members, homepage engagement, product page views, and product page interactions by constantly improving on-site and CRM contents (including and not limited to trends, merchandising, promotional mechanics, asset visual identity, copywriting) through localization and optimizations backed by performance data. You will work closely with the Global Merchandising team, the Global CRM team, the Creative Factory team and the different International teams. Your primary objectives will be the DAM/MAM (daily active member / monthly active member).
**Primary Responsibilities**
- Lead the regional Onsite & CRM strategy, continuously identify campaigns and opportunities to drive traffic & sales, working closely with global functional and other regional teams to streamline & strengthen impact with coordinated resources.
- Take the lead in strategic monthly planning to align onsite CRM buyer and seller activities, monitoring our different user groups and user cohorts, working closely with Business Performance team to understand buyer and seller trends to define and test effective promotional mechanics.
- Oversee localized onsite & CRM calendar, with key ownership of merchandising, product marketing, and promotional content, while coordinating cross-team to align editorial, brand marketing, local marketing content schedules, to ensure a consistent user experience across owned channels.
- Influence and advise on localized onsite CRM initiatives and roadmap as the main business stakeholder for the region’s onsite & CRM initiatives, tool developments and enhancements.
- Oversee onsite & CRM operational accuracy, prepare weekly and monthly reporting on key KPIs topline & campaign-level, ensuring feedback on success and failures is fed back to other teams.
- Continuously optimize ‘Business as usual’ processes to drive successful campaigns across teams (regional business performance, brand marketing, performance marketing, B2C, customer service, global creative factory, global CRM, global 360 campaign team, other regions), influence and ensure regional localization needs are heard.
- Oversee the recruitment, training and coaching of team members, closely monitoring and benchmarking team members performance against objectives and competencies.
**Requirement**
- 7/10 years of experience in eCommerce marketing, commercial planning, merchandising or CRM
- Very strong attention to details
- Strong understanding of the luxury fashion consumer & brands
- Previous experience in CRM a plus
- Highly computer literate, with good knowledge of website and mobile app systems, CMS, CRM, and analytics tools
- Solid understanding of user experience, ecommerce marketing, targeting & testing
- Highly commercially aware, understanding of all marketing channels
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal
- Flexible, proactive and open to change
