**What the role is**
- Reporting to the Assistant Director, the Procurement Manager will be part of a team managing procurement operations and advising PUB officers on procurement issues. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
**What you will be working on**
- Manage the procurement operations including executing the invitation and award process for procurements via quotations, period contracts, framework agreements and small value purchases;
- Provide administrative support including maintenance of performance records of PUB contractors and consultants, collation of information for cross agencies updates and reporting as well as upkeeping of tender forecast information published in PUB & MOF websites etc;
- Provide guidance and advisory services to PUB officers on procurement issues as well as assisting in formulating procurement guidelines where necessary.
