**About Agora Early Years**

Agora Early Years is a play-based enrichment programme. At Agora Early Years, one of the key features is its inclusion of parents and caregivers. The program provides training and support for parents, whilst also creating an environment for them to connect with one another and share their experiences and insights.

**About the role**

The ideal person should be passionate about nurturing a love for learning and in making a difference in the lives of children, with experience in educational leadership and ECDA processes and guidelines.

**Role description**
- Directly responsible to Head of Early Years Business Unit for the strategic direction and management of the preschool
- Provide leadership for setting curriculum-based goals for the school
- Ensure daily operations are in order and in compliance with licensing and other regulatory requirements, where applicable
- Help to oversee curriculum planning and professional matters
- Mentor teachers in all areas to facilitate collaborative approaches to learning, teaching and evaluation so as to improve overall performance standards and competencies
- Assist to determine requirements that must be met regarding licensing, health and safety regulations from the start and local regulatory agencies
- Prepare budget and control budget expenditures alongside Head of BU

**Requirements**:

- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Degree/Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education or higher
- Registered and certified with ECDA as L2 with Leadership
- Passionate about nurturing a love for learning and in making a difference in the lives of children
- Strong communication, supervisory skills
- Creative and inspiring with loving energy
- Able to commence work soon is preferred

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $3,900.00 per month
