Singapore Search Personnel Full time

**Position : Finance Manager**:

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Ensure timely closing and consolidation of group monthly result (including ownership of consolidation journals)
- Resolve accounting and auditing issues
- Prepare timely and accurate consolidated financial & management reports and financial planning & analysis (i.e. monthly flash report & dashboard and quarterly board paper)
- Work closely with business units to resolve accounting issues and provide technical support
- Liaise with external auditors and professional advisors on audit and related matters
- Administer the Group’s ERP comprising the accounting/consolidation systems
- Manage and supervise a team of 1-2 accountants and account executive
- System and process improvements and maintenance
- Assist in any ad-hoc reporting as may be assigned by Management

**Requirements**:

- CPA, with a professional qualification recognised by ISCA
- At least 6 years of relevant experience, of which a minimum of 4 years in a supervisory position in a large company Or at least 6 years of experience in Big 4 audit firms
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
