SOC Architecture Senior/staff Engineer

**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in feature definitions of the leading-edge AI chips
- Lead and participate the microarchitecture design of AI chip SoC and the subsystems
- Lead and participate in the front-end design and the implementation using HDLs
- Perform critical analysis and propose novel chip architectures for performance, power, and area improvement
- Cross-team collaboration with Software, DV, and Physical Design to meet performance, power, and area goals
- Write patents

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor degree and above in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience in computer architecture, such as AI Accelerator, CPU, network-on-chip, memory hierarchy
- Experience in hardware module development using HDLs
- Experience with Logic Synthesis, Linting, CDC and DFT tools is preferred
- Good understanding of RTL verification flow and environments (e.g., UVM, VIP) is preferred
- Strong learning capability, good communication and collaboration skills
- Mid-senior to senior level positions are available
