**Job Description, Responsibilities**:

- Production of AutoCAD documentation for hotel interior projects
- Preparation of the drawing list for all assigned areas of the project
- Development of approved designs into full construction drawings
- Coordination with in-house design team, and technical staff of other consultant team members
- Coordination with outsource CAD production teams, ensuring their deliverables are complete and meet the Company’s standards
- Contribute towards maintaining and managing the company drafting standards manual
- Preparation of transmittal sheets to accompany all drawing transmittals
- Coordination with in-house or outsource 3D visualisers, in enabling their understanding of the CAD drawings, for their translation into 3D models & presentation renderings
- Site survey and production of as-built drawings
- Review of contractors’ shopdrawings

**Job Requirements**:

- Dedicated and committed worker with excellent time-management skills
- Recognised industry qualification, with minimum 5 years of relevant expertise
- Expert in AutoCAD.
- In-depth understanding of interior construction and detailing
- Good understanding of furniture detailing, both contemporary and classical
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office and graphic presentation software and advantage

**Salary Range**:

- S$4,000 - S$6,800, depending on relevant experience
