**Job Purpose**

To provide efficient and effective delivery of eLitigation services at the Service Bureau.

**Responsibilities**:

- Attend to walk-in customers including front-counter duties.
- Provide administrative support such as payment collection, scanning of documents, data transcription, photocopying, and printing.
- Perform basic problem analysis, troubleshooting, general housekeeping & maintenance.
- Follow agreed work practices and operating procedures.
- Collate and consolidate information for reporting purposes.
- Ensure work meets quality specifications.
- Adhere to work safety measures and information securities standards.
- Undertake any other administrative duties as assigned by seniors and executives.

**Job Requirements**
- Experience in litigation or court filing documentation
- Experience with eLitigation services.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,600.00 - $4,000.00 per month
