**Job Responsibilities as Senior/Assistant Manager, Business Risk Services**
- Understand accounting principles and Financial Reporting Standards
- Understand the risk-based internal audit methodology; Enterprise Risk Management framework
- Understand the risks and internal control objectives of the following processes:

- Procurement & Payment
- Cash Management
- Revenue and Collection
- Inventory
- Human Resource & Payroll
- Financial Reporting
- Treasury Management
- Production & Costing
- Project Management
- Demonstrate an understanding of the following standards and guides:

- COSO Framework
- Code of Corporate Governance (for Listed Companies)
- Guidebook for Audit Committees in Singapore
- SSRS 4400 (agreed-upon procedures)
- ISO 31000 Risk Management Principles and guidelines
- Risk Governance Guidance for Listed Boards
- Conduct interviews and walkthroughs to assess internal control designs and identify design gaps
- Develop procedures for test of operating effectiveness, ie test plan
- Conduct test of operating effectiveness (ie sample testing)
- Draft findings relating to assigned areas
- Discuss and validate findings with process owners/ management
