**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 10 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst working on requirements gathering, solution planning, testing and documentations.
- Relevant degree in computer major or engineering major.
- Knowledge in banking domain, retail and corporate banking concepts, financial risk management, Basel methodologies and IFRS standards.
- Good knowledge of all phases of IT software development life cycle
- Capable to work independently and maintain active coordination with both business and IT counterparts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to answer to business needs
- Collaborative team player and is willing to share knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experienced with working in an agile team, or certified with agile CSM / PSM or PMP

**Technical Skills**:

- Experience with backlog management tools such as Jira and Azure TFS
- Advanced knowledge and practical usage of SQL, troubleshooting and optimizing stored procedures/functions
- Knowledge in CI/CD platforms such as Github, GitLab or AzureDevOps
- Exposure to API development is strongly desired, including writing test cases for API and execute with testing tools such as Swagger or Postman
- Knowledge and understanding of programming language such as Java, C#, C++ and PowerShell is helpful
- Experienced with Spark, MSBI and Control-M for ETL projects
