**Artistic Swimming Coach**

**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with the director and Head Coach by formulating plans to cater to the consistent development of athletes of all ages. Creating and implementing training plans, camps, competitions, and performances.
- Responsible for talent identification in the developmental groups
- Detailed lesson planning to create holistic learning for all levels of athletes. This includes Artistic Swimming Technical and Routine training, Swimming Training, Cardio and Gym work, Dance and Choreography Training, and Acrobatics Training.
- Analysis of individual athlete profiles as their improvement. Provide competition/performance/event feedback.
- Organize Artistic Swimming Training Camps and Competitions.

**Qualifications**
- Coaching Accreditation in Artistic Swimming.
- Proven experience in coaching athletes of different age groups.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of artistic swimming requirements, including technical, execution, and performance.
- Strong understanding of high-performance pathways and talent identification.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with requirements in the area of preparing athletes for youth / national team trials and programs.

**Personal Attributes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to provide reports when required.
- Available to attend all club meetings, parent meetings, and all relevant competitions lined up for the club.
- Competent in using social media as a tool to promote learning.
- Ability to communicate well in English.
