- To deliver a variety of spa services (body and foot treatments / massages) in a professional and safe manner.
- To uphold and maintain the highest customer service standards of the Spa.
- In the delivery of the Spa’s treatments, to ensure conformance to the highest health and safety regulations, and to the additional hygiene standards set by the Spa.
- To be knowledgeable of the services provided, and to effectively respond to customer queries, needs, and expectations.

**_Requirements_**
- Able and flexible to work on weekends / public holidays / after office hours.
- Customer oriented with a pleasant personality.
- Able to effectively communicate in multiple languages is an advantage.
