As a florist intern, you will be working alongside professional florists to learn about floral design, flower care, customer service, and business management. You will assist with daily tasks such as arranging flowers, preparing orders, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The position may involve working on-site at the florist shop or at off-site events such as weddings, parties, and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with creating floral arrangements for different occasions, such as weddings, funerals, and corporate events
- Help customers select appropriate floral arrangements and provide guidance on flower care and maintenance
- Maintain inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Assist with cleaning and organizing the work area to ensure a safe and efficient workspace
- Participate in off-site events, such as setting up floral arrangements and decorations at weddings, parties, and other special events
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and processing orders
- Learn about the business operations, including marketing, sales, and customer service

**Requirements**:

- A passion for flowers and floral design
- Basic knowledge of flower care and maintenance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
