This is a pivotal role to take on the responsibility of leading the design process for new features and products, starting from ideation and guiding the execution phase. By collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of business and user requirements, translating them into innovative design solutions. Conducting user research and usability testing will provide you with valuable insights to inform your design decisions, allowing for continuous iteration and improvement. Your tasks will involve creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions. It will be crucial for you to develop and uphold design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and excellence across all products and platforms. Additionally, you will manage and implement Figma libraries and components as integral parts of the design system. As a senior member of the team, you will provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, nurturing their growth and development. Your meticulous attention to detail and passion for crafting visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces will play a vital role. A deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and other visual design aspects will enable you to create designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and impactful. You will prioritize the user experience by considering information architecture, user flow, and usability. Keeping up with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies will be essential, incorporating them into your work when relevant.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in product design, demonstrated through a portfolio that showcases your design skills and highlights your design process.
- A strong grasp of user-centered design principles and methodologies, allowing you to create designs that prioritize the user experience.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Proficiency in Figma or similar design and prototyping tools, enabling you to effectively translate your design concepts into tangible prototypes.
- Familiarity with creating and managing design systems and libraries, ensuring consistency and efficiency in your design workflow.
