**Responsibilities**
- Managing of production operators and their respective team leaders by directing and assigning of work to coordinate production activities.
- Assists in cost estimation inputs for sales team to quote customer.
- Analyses current production schedule and feedbacks the schedule to production manager for decision making including taking up of urgent production requests and its associated additional costs such as overtime and raw material prices.
- Receives sales order confirmation and plans for production run.
- Meets deadlines and production expectations with little or no supervision.
- Perform any other ad-hoc assignments assigned

**Requirements**:

- Possess good supervisory skills
